Product prices, payment procedures and delivery options are displayed on our website. All prices include VAT but exclude any delivery charge. All products available on our Website are for personal use only and you may not use these for reselling purposes.

We currently accept payment via PayPal and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We process the payment immediately via our PayPal gateway, so please ensure that you have included all the correct details (including shipping address) before placing your order. Please note, that it’s not necessary to have a PayPal account to pay through PayPal.

We will send you an Order Confirmation email to the e-mail address provided at the checkout page. To cancel or change your order follow our Returns Policy. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order that we believe may result in a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

In the event that your country is not listed on our checkout page and are unable to place an order via our website, please do contact us as we may be able to arrange a special delivery for you. Please note that orders sent internationally (outside UK) may be subject to local taxes and duty fees which you will be responsible for.

We will also release specific information in special cases, such as if there is an attempted breach of security or a physical threat to you or others.


At Harry and Rose, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that processing times may increase occasionally when there is high demand, public and UK bank holidays. Orders placed on the weekend (Saturday-Sunday), may not be processed till Monday (or next working business day).

We mainly use Royal Mail for all parcel deliveries. In some instances, (depending on value or destination), we may use special recorded delivery service which will require a signature upon delivery.

Please contact us in the unlikely event that it has been more than 10 days and you have not received your product.

If the delivery address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, Renbeck Ltd. cannot be held responsible for the loss of your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge. Please be aware that this additional charge may apply independently of potential free delivery offers. You may be required to pay all delivery costs for re-delivery if your package was to be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address


From time to time we may have promotional codes available that may include FREE Delivery. Please ensure that you use these correctly at the time of checkout to apply for this promotion. Discount codes may be used per transaction and cannot be retrospectively added to orders or refunded.

Orders over £40 will be sent via courier service and a signature may be required. Please leave instructions if you want your parcel left safe at your property or with a neighbour. Where such a request is made, Renbeck Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery. If you require it to be delivered before a certain time, please call or contact us as there will be an additional charge for this service.

Although we endeavour to despatch all orders on the day they are received (before 2pm), at busy times this may not be possible. Please select priority despatch if your order is urgent (this will incur an additional charge). All prices are subject to change without notice.


For orders over £200, please contact us as we will need to calculate the postage cost depending on the weight of your parcel to cover our costs.

All overseas orders with a net value of over £40 are sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges include the increased costs of using this service. Renbeck cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community. Please note that orders sent internationally (outside UK) may be subject to local taxes and duty fees which you will be responsible for.

As a customer, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund within 10 working days from the date of receipt of goods to us as long as these are in their original, unopened, re-sellable and unused condition. To cancel your order, please contact us on quoting your full name and order ID order number.

We aim to have you fully satisfied with our products, so in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, we can offer either a refund or exchange provided that goods are returned to us within 14 days of purchase in a re-sellable condition. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

We aim to handle your returns within five working days of receiving the goods. We recommend that you keep your proof of posting or use recorded delivery service to track your parcel.
